Express lane pedestrian gets a ride -- to the county jail: Pepper Pike Police Blotter

Responding to a report of someone walking in the freeway’s interior express lanes around 2 a.m. May 20, police located a Cleveland man, 32, who was unable to provide a clear reason how he’d gotten there. Officers also found an active warrant through the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office and transported him to the county jail, turning custody over to sheriff’s deputies.
