In middle school, she was a dishwasher at a local pizza place; she went on to become a corporate recruiter and found herself dreading going to work. Instead, she preferred her second job, as a server at Lincoln Tavern in Southie. She eventually left corporate recruiting for good to become a general manager at Loco, Fat Baby, and Nautilus. This is her first restaurant, not far from the home she shares with two French Bulldogs.
