The suspect in an April DUI-related murder case tried to flee the country by purchasing a plane ticket to South America, according to court filings by the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office. Antonio Rodas was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder in the death of 19-year-old Adam Luker. Police say Rodas had a blood alcohol content of .3 -- three times Alabama’s legal limit of .08 when his SUV slammed into Luker’s driver’s side door at 88 mph on Moffett Road in Semmes.
