Monday’s problems with hot water, human waste and sewage disposal caused a state inspector to stop “all open food processing/handling” and all use of “food-related equipment and utensils” in the food service area of a Kendall produce market. This bad start to the week happened to Francis Fresh Market, 12790 SW 157th Ave., which also didn’t have a valid food permit. These and other violations wound up on the report by Florida Department of Agriculture Inspector Catalina Ordonez.
