Oregon voters who want to cast a ballot in the May 21 primary have until Tuesday to register to vote or to update their party affiliation. There are more than 3 million registered voters in Oregon, but 1.3 million aren’t registered as either a Democrat or Republican, according to the Secretary of State’s Office.
