Cumberland County releases final primary election results

The Cumberland County Bureau of Elections announced the unofficial election results from the general primary late Tuesday night after all 118 precincts reported their totals.
Cumberland County has 178,851 registered voters. During Tuesday’s primary, 21,592 Democrats voted, and 27,024 Republicans cast their votes. The unofficial ballots cast for the general primary was 48,616.
The Bureau of Elections issued 18,894 mail-in and absentee ballots, with 14,963 ballots returned and counted.
