Former Maine Gov. Joe Brennan will be laid to rest following a funeral service in his home city of Portland on Friday. AUGUSTA, Maine — In honor of former Maine Governor Joseph E. Brennan, Gov. Janet Mills has ordered the United States and State of Maine flags to be lowered at half-staff statewide tomorrow, Friday, April, 19. Gov.
