A federal grand jury in Boston has indicted a longtime agent for the Internal Revenue Service for allegedly filing false tax returns for three years, federal prosecutors said Wednesday. Ndeye Amy Thioub, of Swampscott, Mass., was arrested late last month and charged by criminal complaint with lying on her tax returns for 2017, 2018 and 2019.
