Dauphin County expects to send out mail-in ballots for the upcoming primary on April 3, as it remains unclear what impact Wednesday’s federal court decision on undated ballots may have on counties’ election processes. The county is on track to start mailing ballots next week; staff are still reviewing the court decision, and the county “will, of course, follow the law and we encourage everyone to sign and date their ballots,” county spokesperson Diane McNaughton said Thursday.
