As state, counties mull court ruling, Pa. voters are reminded to date their mail-in ballots

Dauphin County expects to send out mail-in ballots for the upcoming primary on April 3, as it remains unclear what impact Wednesday’s federal court decision on undated ballots may have on counties’ election processes.
