Dutch-style fry restaurant to open in Winter Park soon

WINTER PARK, Fla. – Amsterdam, the city known for its canals, bikes and coffee shops, but Wilson Santos noticed something else, fries. Santos first trip there was back in 1994. He said he found himself grabbing these Dutch-style cones of fries and walking around the city.
