Staying breezy tomorrow with snow later this week

Sunshine stays across southern Minnesota throughout the day, but winds out of the north at 10-20 mph will keep highs around freezing this afternoon. Tomorrow sees a few more clouds working their way into the region, but winds remain lighter and highs warm up into the mid to upper 30s.
