The collapse occurred at about 7:30 a.m. at Mill and Swamp Roads in the Mullica Hill section of Harrison Township. The failure led to flooding from the Raccoon Creek tributary and caused several power outages, officials said. Evacuations of three impacted homes were being coordinated as of 10 a.m., according to the Gloucester County Office of Emergency Management.
