Cumberland County man sentenced for threatening to assassinate President Biden, former President Trump

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – A Cumberland County man was sentenced to three years in prison for threatening to assassinate President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump. According to the Department of Justice, Mohamed Farah, a Somalian citizen, threatened to assassinate the president in January 2022. The Justice Department says Farah also admitted to threatening the life of former President Trump if he ran for re-election. Following his imprisonment Farah will have three years of supervised release and may be deported to Somalia. The sentence was announced on Thursday...
