LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is pushing for an overhaul of the state employee pay plan. In a letter sent to state employees, the governor announced a plan to overhaul the state employee pay plan through a new initiative called Arkansas Forward.
