PIERRE, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Arguments over the future of carbon dioxide pipelines in South Dakota rage on in Pierre. The state legislature has debated several bills this session aiming to address the concerns and legal issues over proposed projects. Senate Majority Leader Casey Crabtree (R-Madison) is hoping the bill that he’s a prime sponsor of, Senate Bill 201, will finally move along the conversation on carbon pipelines in South Dakota.
