Hartford officials prep for impending snowstorm

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — City leaders are sharing what you need to know ahead of Tuesday’s storm. Mayor Arunan Arulampalam, the department of Public Works, the superintendent of Hartford Public Schools and police held a press conference Monday morning.
