Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum will not seek reelection

Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum announced Tuesday that she will not seek reelection, opening the door for a new state officeholder. Rosenblum, a longtime state judge, was elected as Oregon’s first female attorney general in 2012, easily beating former U.S. Attorney Dwight Holton in the Democratic primary before then-Oregon Gov.
