Former President Donald Trump is decrying the indictments against him as "fake" and claiming he would have never been charged with the alleged crimes if he were losing to President Joe Biden in polls for the 2024 presidential election.
The former president made the accusation and claimed he was "indicted for you" in a post on Truth Social on Wednesday morning.
