Many college students aren't on board with AOC's plan to wipe out $1.6 trillion in student loan debt

Some students don't feel that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's (D-N.Y.) plan to eradicate more than $1 trillion in student loan debt just so people have equal enough footing to be able to attend their "dream colleges."

Ocasio-Cortez proposed that taxpayers foot the bill to pay off student debt, endorsing a bill sponsored by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), and Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) that would cost taxpayers approximately $1.6 trillion.
