Memphis weather: RiverBeat Music Festival is almost here and so are rain chances

It is officially time for the first RiverBeat Music Festival to happen, but the weather doesn't seem too eager about it. Starting Thursday, there is at least a 20% chance of rain every day until Wednesday the following week with some chances getting as high as 80%. According to the National Weather Service, the peak for rain can be expected Thursday evening through Friday.
