Hillwood bets on speculative industrial building at AllianceTexas

Dallas developer Hillwood is signaling confidence with plans to not only build a speculative industrial building within its AllianceTexas development, but to design an additional 3.5 million square feet of industrial facilities at the master-planned, mixed-use hub.
