Biden wins Puerto Rico Democratic primary

President Biden has won the Puerto Rico Democratic presidential primary, according to a projection from Decision Desk HQ. Biden already became the presumptive Democratic nominee last month after attaining enough delegations to mathematically clinch the nomination.
