Rep. Donald Payne remains on ventilator 11 days after heart attack

Rep. Donald Payne (D-NJ) suffered a heart attack 11 days ago and has remained on a ventilator in the intensive care unit at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Payne has been hospitalized since April 6 and has not regained consciousness since his heart attack.
