A bill clearing the way for Wisconsin to start building a network of electric vehicle charging stations along the state's interstates and highways is headed to Gov. Tony Evers. The state Senate on Tuesday approved a bill that changes state law to allow retail sale of electricity by charging station operators. Under current law, such sales are only allowed by regulated utilities.
