Flood warning for 3 N.J. counties until Thursday afternoon

On Thursday at 3:19 a.m. a flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service valid for Thursday between 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for Essex, Morris and Passaic counties. According to the weather service, "Don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
