Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest of the suspect or suspects in an explosion outside the state Attorney General’s Office. The explosive device detonated in the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 24, near the intersection of Washington Avenue and South Bainbridge Street. Authorities said no one was injured, and no property damage resulted from the detonation.
