BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) – Lt. Gov. Tammy Miller, R-ND, announced on Thursday she is running for governor as a Republican. Miller was sworn in as the 39th Lieutenant Governor of North Dakota on Jan. 3, 2023. Gov. Doug Burgum, R-ND, appointed Miller to the role in late 2022, after then-Lt. Gov.
