Go big or go home — that must be what developers in Oklahoma City are thinking. Last year, Matteson Capital disclosed plans for a downtown development that would include a 134-story skyscraper planned as the second tallest in the U.S. The building would be part of a larger development in Oklahoma City’s Bricktown district.
