Oregon school closures: Portland Public Schools, Gresham-Barlow will close; other districts plan late starts, snow routes

With more freezing rain in the forecast, schools around the Portland metro area told families they will either close for a fourth straight day on Friday or open late — but reserve the right to reverse course if the weather worsens.
