Meet the candidates running for Dallas Center-Grimes School Board District 3 in 2023

Two candidates are running to represent District 3 on the Dallas Center-Grimes School Board, which includes southern Grimes. They are incumbents Nancy Baker Curtis, an at-large member, and Kimberly Praska, who currently holds the District 3 seat. The Des Moines Register asked each candidate to respond to questions on why they're running and the issues their district is facing. Their answers may be lightly edited for clarity or length.
