NJ Sen. Bob Menendez to face judge Wednesday on federal bribery charges

NEW YORK (WABC) -- New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez is due in court Wednesday to answer to charges that he used his position to secretly advance Egyptian interests and do favors for New Jersey businessmen in exchange for bribes. Menendez, former chairman of the powerful Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and his wife Nadine were indicted on Friday.
