Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis told local leaders she received threats as charges over former President Donald Trump’s alleged interference in Georgia’s 2020 election results are expected to drop this month. In an email to county commissioners, Willis said she received a threat last Friday and implored leaders to “stay alert” and “stay safe” ahead of the possible indictments.
