Special counsel Jack Smith’s team contacted Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp in its investigation into former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election. “Our office has been contacted by Jack Smith’s office,” Andrew Isenhour, a spokesperson for the Georgia governor, said in a statement to multiple outlets.
