WILMINGTON – Delaware State Treasurer Colleen Davis announced this week that she will run for the state’s lone House of Representatives seat, setting up a contested 2024 Democratic primary to replace incumbent Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester. The congresswoman is campaigning for the U.S. Senate seat held by fellow Democrat Tom Carper, who has announced his retirement.
