TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew echoed his company’s criticism of Montana’s decision to ban the social media app and expressed confidence that the company will succeed in its legal efforts to halt the ban before it goes into effect next year. Speaking at the Qatar Economic Forum, Chew said TikTok believes the Montana ban is simply unconstitutional” and that is why it decided to challenge it in court.
