House panel advances bill to gut Obamacare, defund Planned Parenthood

Reaching for a GOP prize amid party chaos, the House Budget Committee approved a fast-track bill Friday to gut Obamacare and defund Planned Parenthood, the women’s health provider steeped in controversy over its abortion practice.
