MILFORD, CT — A German knife manufacturer is moving its US headquarters to the former Subway site in Milford, according to WTNH News-8. Wüsthof is moving from Norwalk to a larger location at 325 Sub Way as the company continues to grow. Wüsthof is known for its kitchen cutlery, which is sold at stores like Williams Sonoma and Crate & Barrel. The operation will include about 80 employees.
