Summit Utilities files plan to raise rates in Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Summit Utilities customers in Arkansas could see their bills increasing later this year. The utility provider filed a request for a rate increase with the Arkansas Public Service Commission on Thursday.
