Water main break floods McPhillips Street businesses amid extreme cold warning

Some businesses and lanes on McPhillips Street were flooded Sunday during a water main break amid frigid temperatures. Water from the leak poured into businesses in a strip mall near the McPhillips and Church Avenue intersection at about 1 p.m., flooding Burnout Vape Shop and Sharma Ji Sweet House and Restaurant.
