U.S. Capitol Tree Send-Off

For the first time in nearly 50 years a West Virginia tree will be on display at the U.S. Capitol. To celebrate the Monongahela tree a holiday festival was held on Tuesday at the West Virginia State Capitol. The event included a parade, ice skating, a light display and much more.
