‘Wake-Up Call’: China Surpasses the U.S. on Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Launchers

Republican leaders on the House and Senate Armed Services Committee called it a “wake-up call” that China has surpassed the United States in intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) launchers.
