After more than a decade in the Utah Legislature, Sen. Jake Anderegg, R-Lehi, is stepping down next month. First elected to the Utah House in 2012, Anderegg cited a “significant change” in his employment as the reason he was stepping down. “As Utahns, we rightfully pride ourselves on a part-time legislature, and it’s one of the reasons Utah is the best-managed state in the nation.
