Windsor police searching for missing 80-year-old with dementia
Police in Windsor are searching for an 80-year-old woman with dementia who was reported missing earlier today.
The woman, Verginia Cotterell, was described as a 5 foot, 3 inch tall Black woman weighing about 230 pounds.
Cotterell went missing from the 900 block of Bloomfield Avenue.
