Billionaire Milwaukee Brewers owner Mark Attanasio has agreed to restore a Malibu shoreline and dedicate a $2 million beachfront property to the public after his company, 2XMD Partners LLC, illegally used public sand to protect his beachfront property in 2024, according to a settlement unanimously approved by the California Coastal Commission Thursday.
