Tim Tebow-owned hockey team coming to league that includes Kalamazoo Wings

Tim Tebow has moved from football to baseball to hockey. The ECHL announced this week that the league’s board of governors have approved the expansion application of a Lake Tahoe franchise. The team, which will be named later, will be owned by the 2007 Heisman Trophy winner, along with David Hodges, CEO of Hodges Management Group, LLC, and managed and operated by Zawyer Sports & Entertainment.
