Burgum vetoes transgender pronoun bill - KVRR Local News
BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR) – Gov. Doug Burgum has vetoed a bill that would have banned public schools from referring to students by pronouns that don’t reflect the sex assigned to them at birth.
