Trump Set to Sign Deal on U.S. Presence in Greenland

The United States was set on Tuesday to sign an agreement about Greenland, the Arctic island that has been one of President Trump's obsessions.

Mr. Trump said last week that after months of negotiations between the United States, Denmark and Greenland, a semiautonomous Danish territory, his administration had reached a deal to expand the U.S. security presence on the island.
