Mike Pence was a candidate in the 2024 presidential election. He ran for the Republican nomination.
Pence filed the paperwork to run for president on June 5, 2023. He suspended his campaign on October 28, 2023.
Pence served as vice president in the Trump Administration. Prior to his time as vice president, Pence served as Governor of Indiana from 2013 to 2017. Before that, he served in the House of Representatives from 2001 to 2013.
