11-month-old will represent Virginia in Baby Miss USA National Pageant
HALIFAX COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The lovely 11-month-old Adalynd Lu Toler of Halifax County will represent Virginia in the Baby Miss USA National Pageant.
