Virginia man dies in Surf City drowning
A Virginia man died Monday in a drowning in Surf City, authorities said.
The Surf City Fire Department responded to a report of a swimmer in distress around 11:26 a.m. near 1820 North Shore Drive.
Authorities identified the victim of Minh Ha Nguyen, 57, of Richmond.
